Wenjing's Birthday Strawberry Mousse

YAY Vivienne Westwood, strawberry mousse..hahaa. Actually this isn't really mousse it's just a variation of Florence's cheesecake recipe in the post below, but the texture turned out really similar to mousse, so that's what I'm going with xP.

The top is decorated with butterscotch flavored chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate ^^

Thomas and Friends Mango Cheesecake

The recipe for this was really good and it tasted really good on the first day I made it, but the next day when I cut out a square and made this for kylie and pete, it didn't taste as good. I think maybe I put too much gelatin and so it hardened too much. The recipe can be found at the "Do What I Like" blog by Florence.

Baked Fries

I didn't know what to make for lunch so Amy and I decided to use up the potatoes we had. :]

Ingredients:
4 medium baking potatoes
any spices you like
shredded cheese
1-2 tsp. cooking oil

1) Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
2) Wash and peel about 4 medium sized potatoes.
3) Cut the potatoes in slices like shown in the picture.
4) In a small bowl mix in spices and salt that you like.
5) Place sliced potatoes, spices, and a teaspoon or two of cooking oil in a large tupperware box. Shake until all the slices are well coated with the spice mixture.
6) Top the potatoes with shredded cheese of your choice.
7) Pour all the potato slices in a foil-lined 9" by 13" pan and bake for about 20 minutes.

Hello Kitty Cupcakes for Aries! <3

The cream cheese frosting i made turned out too liquidy so i ended up mixing it with vanilla frosting from the store instead. It actually tasted pretty good because it lessened the sweetness of the vanilla frosting.

Piping Hello Kitty chocolates was the most fun ^_^
